The SLA range is one of FIAMM's historical products, and is an AGM VRLA battery designed for demanding applications requiring the highest levels of reliability and safety. A very thick lead-tin alloy grid allows it to meet the requirements of long service life and the flame retardant ABS plastic conforms to UL94 V0. The design utilises proven VRLA technology with an internal recombination efficiency of 99%, is leak-free and maintenance-free. The SLA range is non-hazardous for transport by air/sea/rail/road and is 100% recyclable. The design is optimised to limit self-discharge ensuring a long shelf life.
