12SMG130, FIAMM GEL Tubular 12V 130Ah Battery. (10 hours at 1.80 VPC at 20°C.) FIAMM SMG series
Designed for regular, long and deep discharge regimes. Ideal for: renewable energy islands (Solar / Wind), island applications: BTS, mobile phone stations, signalling, lighting, high capacity applications in areas with unstable power grid and unreliable power supply.
Excellent cyclic performance especially with shallow discharges:
gt; 1.500 cycles at 20°C / 60% DoD (depth of discharge).

OPzV technology, with tubular positive plates and electrolyte immobilised in a gel structure (gel) Dimensions in accordance with DIN 40742 elem. OPzV. Suitable for use at high temperatures Optimised to recover capacity in deep discharges: DIN 43539T5 Design life 18 years in buffer condition. Minimal gas emission and maintenance-free; no topping up. Fully recyclable.

Technical Features:
- Tubular positive plates, obtained by die-casting from a tin-rich and calcium-poor alloy
- Electrolyte immobilised in a gel structure
- Sheaths with high microporosity suitable for retaining the active material
- Flat kneaded negative plates, designed to have a lifetime comparable with that of the positive plates
- Separators with very high microporosity and low internal resistance
- Standard ABS plastics (flame-retardant ABS plastics available to IEC 707 FV0 and UL 94 V0 standards with LOI greater than 28%)
- Container and lid designed with thick walls for high mechanical resistance
- M10 female threaded terminals ensure high conductivity, maximum torsion resistance and easy installation
- Highly reliable polar passages, specially designed to prevent acid infiltration and corrosion of terminals
- Anti-fire device that prevents sparks or flame from entering the element
- Elements equipped with one-way safety valves that allow excess gas to escape in the event of overcharging
- Self-discharge < 2% per month at 20°C, allowing 6 months storage without recharging
- Can be installed in vertical or horizontal position
- Connections between elements made with fully insulated flexible cables, insulated screws, with probe hole for voltage check
