Applications: small electric traction (bicycles, scooters, wheelchairs for the disabled). The SKB batteries for cyclic use of the SKEV series, thanks to the use of a special plate, are suitable for use in electric bicycles and in equipment for the disabled, golf club trolleys, elevators, etc. For correct operation of the battery, certain requirements must be observed: CHARGE : Charging must be done at constant voltage, strictly following the data on the battery. An incorrect voltage can lead to the immediate deterioration of the battery itself. It must not be left uncharged after use, but must be recharged immediately. DISCHARGE : The battery must not be brought to a voltage lower than 5.25Volts for a 6V battery, 10.50Volts for a 12V battery.
WARNING : The battery contains sulphuric acid. Care must be taken when handling it. In case of accidental contact with the acid, do not touch your eyes or mouth. Wash immediately with running water. Go to a hospital emergency room. The battery must be disposed of according to current regulations.
